Privacy policy

This website, restaurantownersgroup.voyagesvc.com, is operated by Voyages Corp. (“Voyages,” “we,” or “us”). It supports the Restaurant Owners & Managers community on Facebook and its vendor program. This policy explains what we collect through this site, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- What you send us. When you use a form on this site, we collect what you enter: your name, email, phone number, business name and website, location, the systems you use, your plan choice, and the text of your message, request, or application.
- Basic visit information. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records technical details of each visit, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages requested. We use these records to keep the site secure and may use them to count visits in aggregate.
This site does not set its own cookies and does not use advertising or cross-site tracking tools.
How we use it
- To answer your message, review vendor applications, and arrange the on-site services you request.
- To invoice approved vendors.
- To send vendor program and community updates, only if you check the box on the vendor application. Every email includes a way to unsubscribe.
- To keep the site working, secure, and free of spam.
Who we share it with
- Our team. Form submissions go to the community leads and the people who handle service requests, by email and through our internal team chat.
- Service providers. Companies that run parts of this site for us: Netlify (hosting and form processing), Slack (team notifications), Google Workspace (email), and Google Fonts (typefaces, which receives your IP address when a page loads). They may use the information only to provide their service to us.
- Field technicians. If you request on-site service, the technicians who do the work receive the details they need to schedule and complete it.
- When the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of our members and others.
We do not sell your personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
How long we keep it
We keep form submissions as long as we need them to respond, run the vendor program, and meet legal and accounting requirements, and then we delete them.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the information you sent us, or to stop emailing you, by writing to info@voyagesvc.com. Depending on where you live, including California and Canada, you may have additional rights under local privacy law. We respond to every request, and we will not treat you differently for making one.
The Facebook group
The Restaurant Owners & Managers group itself is hosted on Facebook. What you post or share there is governed by Facebook’s own terms and privacy policy.
Children
This site is meant for business owners and professionals. It is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update it on this page and change the effective date above.
